D de Dauzac Bordeaux 2018

Updated: Oct 29, 2021

This was recently on sale at Costco for only 5.89. At that price it's a no brainer to try a bottle. Opening flavors of earthy plum and blackberries follow with a

smooth acidity that finishes nicely. Not overpowering nor tannic like other French Bordeaux, after two glasses its character unfolds to a velvety, dry, easy drinking wine that can be drank everyday. I went back and bought half a case.
